Toyese Jonathan is a finance and administration professional with over two decades of experience spanning accounting, corporate finance, international trade, and project management. A graduate of Accountancy from Lagos City Polytechnic, he combines technical financial expertise with strong managerial judgement, and is recognised by colleagues and clients for his integrity, reliability, and disciplined approach to delivery. Over the course of his career, Toyese has held senior roles across the private sector, including General Manager, Finance & Administration at SATEK Nigeria Limited, and progressively senior positions at Origin Tech Group Limited, where he advanced from Project Accountant into management. In these roles he has led the financial structuring, administration, and successful close-out of multiple turnkey projects for both private sector clients and government institutions, contributing materially to the operational performance and growth of every organisation he has served. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria (CILRMN).

Faleye Adedolapo Usman is a development practitioner, public financial management specialist, and policy advisor with over twelve years of experience leading governance, resilience, and institutional reform across Nigeria. As Director, Programme Delivery and Strategy at Dyna-Vest West Africa, he leads programme design, public sector advisory, and development finance engagements with governments, development partners, and private capital. He has led programmes funded by USAID, the European Union, the World Bank, Oxfam International, and the British Council, with technical depth across public financial management, health and education financing, governance reform, climate resilience, and social protection. His advisory roles include Technical Advisor on Governance and Policy Reform, adviser to the Northern Governors Forum on economic diversification, and Technical Lead on Open Government Partnership initiatives in Nigeria. He holds advanced degrees in public administration, conflict and security, and international relations, is pursuing a doctorate in Public Financial Management, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
